Centennial Elementary School

Humble ISD Centennial Elementary is a 116,000-square-foot facility situated on a 19-acre site. The project posed several challenges, beginning with the fact that the land sold to the school district lacked roadways, utilities, and any prior design work. Our team was responsible for delivering a complete site design, including a complex grading and drainage plan tailored to the undeveloped terrain. We took a leadership role in coordinating with the infrastructure design team, the elementary school design team, and Humble ISD staff, ultimately delivering a high-quality educational facility that meets the needs of a growing district—on time and within budget.
