The project involved the construction of a new two-story, 100,000-square-foot elementary school on the site of the existing campus. To maintain school operations during construction, a portion of the existing building was demolished, while the remaining structure was secured with a temporary fire-rated wall to ensure safety and functionality. The new design featured a prominent two-story library and central corridor with expansive glass façades overlooking a central courtyard, creating a bright and open learning environment. Additionally, a 12,000-square-foot, two-story classroom wing was constructed to serve as an ICC-rated storm shelter, providing enhanced safety and resilience for students and staff.
