Dunaway prepared a preliminary engineering report to assess the existing flood protection levee that safeguards the City of Austin’s Sand Hill Energy Center and the South Austin Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SAR).
As part of this effort, Dunaway provided engineering services that included a comprehensive evaluation of hydraulic models and the development of a preliminary design to raise the levee height and extend a flood wall to enhance protection for the SAR facility.
