Located near the Trinity River in Downtown Fort Worth, The Jameson at the Bluffs is a multi-family residential property featuring 360 units. Dunaway provided civil engineering, planning and landscape architecture, and survey services on the 9.5-acre complex. This project includes a resort-style pool with private cabanas, a covered outdoor kitchen and grilling area with a fireplace, and a covered gathering area with TVs and seating adjacent to the pool. Additional features include a publicly accessible beer garden, two dog parks with seating and training components, and pedestrian-focused streetscape with site furniture and shade trees.
