Presidio at River East

Located along the historic Oakhurst Scenic Drive, The Presidio at River East offers tenants boutique-style living with views of Downtown Fort Worth and the Trinity River. Dunaway provided planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering and survey services for the 4.5 acre multifamily project. Amenity design included a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, artificial turf activity lawn, hill country planting scheme, public trail & sidewalk improvements, shaded picnic area, and streetscape improvements. Unique design solutions also allow tenants easy access to the public park along the river and the nearby Six Points Urban Village.
