Lantana

Dunaway partnered with Mark Hart Architecture to provide structural engineering services on the new multifamily development, Lantana. Located in Austin, Texas, Lantana consists of two separate Type III-A multifamily buildings connected by an elevated pedestrian bridge, totaling 300 units and approximately 400,000 square feet. Additional features include multi-level precast parking garages for each building. The development is located on an extremely sloping site, leading to extensive retention systems as well as partial concrete podium levels to accommodate the various building steps.
