Erika Guzman
Production Support Technician
Erika Guzman serves as a Production Support Technician for the inspections department at Dunaway’s Houston office. Before joining Dunaway, Erika served as an office manager for a local nonprofit organization, and as an outreach specialist for Harris County. Erika’s current responsibilities at Dunaway include communicating with clients about their needs, and scheduling inspections. She enjoys working in an operational role supporting both our internal employees and external clients.

I enjoy being a team player and collaborating with others. I am always happy to help and support, and I do it with a smile each time. I believe in the mantra, "When one of us shines, we all shine.".

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
I love to spend time with my two kids– whether it's being homebodies or going out in the city. We enjoy going to the movies, catching sports games, and the company of friends.
Where is your favorite place in the world?
There's no place like home. I love Houston. We are such a diverse city filled with different cultures; you can travel the world on any given day.
