To support growing student enrollment, Worth Hills Village underwent a $150 million expansion that added 1,800 beds, improved dining and parking, and replaced outdated Greek housing. Dunaway played a key role throughout the project—from land surveys to digital mapping—by converting design files into interactive GIS tools used by TCU for planning and maintenance. Deliverables included utility maps with GPS-tagged photos, a utility-focused story map, and a 3D model of the dorms showing architectural and mechanical features.
