Medical Home Southwest Tarrant

Dunaway partnered with SBL Architecture, Byrne Construction, and Post L Group to provide landscape architecture services for JPS’s Medical Home Southwest Tarrant—a new primary care clinic serving Fort Worth’s Wedgewood neighborhood in Southwest Tarrant County. Our scope included planting and irrigation design, permit and construction documentation, Urban Forestry submittals, and support for Urban Design Commission processing. The clinic integrates behavioral health specialists alongside primary care physicians, offering patients access to counseling, medication, and other outpatient services to address behavioral health needs—helping prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
