Aron is a Graduate Engineer in Dunaway’s Fort Worth office. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Aron is currently working on projects within the public sector and is excited to grow with the company to help make a lasting impact on the community.

Why did you choose this career?
I chose Civil Engineering because I like how challenging the projects are and I enjoy understanding why things are built a certain way. I was introduced to Civil Engineering in high school and was immediately hooked. I am eager to learn how engineering is applied in the real world and not just on homework problems.
What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
The two activities I enjoy most are soccer and hiking. I currently play in a soccer league in Granbury and an indoor league in Fort Worth. I also like peaceful hikes where I can take in all the views that nature has to offer.
Do you have a favorite holiday?
My favorite holiday is Christmas because I usually get to travel to Mexico and spend time with all my family.
What Core Value resonates with you the most?
Respect. It's vital as a new graduate since I have a lot to learn from those around me. You have to respect those who make the effort to teach you and be courteous of their time.
