Bella Flora

For this 900-acre planned residential community in Fort Worth, Dunaway delivered comprehensive project theming, landscape concepts, signage, and greenway systems. During Phase 1 of the residential development, Dunaway designed the main project entry, including all softscape and hardscape elements such as perimeter and entry walls, entry gates, a guard house, a bell tower, an amenity fountain, landscape lighting, irrigation, and a trail system. Additionally, Dunaway created illustrative graphics for the client’s marketing campaign.
