For more than 13 years, Christ Chapel Bible Church has utilized Dunaway services for the development of its campus in Fort Worth, with Dunaway conducting a site feasibility study and design services for the Church’s master plan. The Dunaway team provided information on the Church’s existing tract, topography, and floodplain; existing and future land uses and zoning issues; easement and right-of-way processes; proposed lot controls (building height, setbacks, etc.); landscaping issues; signage and parking criteria; water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage facilities and capacities; Letters of Will Serve for natural gas, electricity, and telephone; thoroughfare and street access issues from the City of Fort Worth and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT); and impact fees and allowable uses. Dunaway performed design and survey services for most of the recommendations resulting from the feasibility study and master plan, which included a new sanctuary, parking, drainage, franchise utilities, zoning, easements, street crossings, and accessibility.
