Dunaway supported Midland County with right-of-way acquisition, surveying, and construction document preparation for County Road 1232 and County Road 140, the first phase of the future South Loop 250 corridor. Spanning more than 21 miles across three phases, the project included roadway and drainage improvements, coordination with the City of Midland, and collaboration with oil and gas operators to protect existing petroleum pipelines.
This critical corridor improves mobility for oilfield traffic, relieves congestion, and lays the groundwork for the future expansion of South Loop 250. Completed between 2019 and 2023, the three phases totaled nearly $23 million in construction value.
