Domain 5 Office Building

Dunaway provided structural engineering services on the design of Domain 5, a three-story, 74,000-square-foot composite steel-framed building. The building features a modern design with exposed structure in both interior and exterior spaces, as well as floor interconnectivity achieved through two impressive, gravity-defying architectural stairs.  

This creative office development achieved LEED Silver certification and was awarded the Austin Business Journal’s 2017 Commercial Real Estate Award for Best New Office Development.
