Since 2021, Dunaway has provided civil engineering site design and landscape architecture for over 50 new Dutch Bros Coffee locations. Located across the state of Texas, including the DFW, San Antonio, and Houston metropolitan areas, Dunaway has worked with our architect partners to roll out a prototype site and building design that Dutch Bros has been able to efficiently replicate to expand their business.
