The $2.5 million Safari Splash Aquatic Play Park features a 4,500-square-foot interactive play area complete with three slides, a tidal splash bucket, water geysers, waterfalls, and a variety of spray elements. A dedicated toddler zone includes large-scale animal sculpture slides and age-appropriate spray features designed for younger children. The site also offers four rentable cabanas, a combined restroom and concession building, and a 30-foot hexagonal covered pavilion for shaded relaxation.

Guests begin their experience by crossing an 80-foot bridge over a scenic creek, surrounded by mature trees that create a sense of immersion in the natural landscape.

The site’s challenging topography required extensive terracing and innovative design solutions, including a 12,000-square-foot deck and a cantilevered shade structure. Due to the creek’s close proximity, Dunaway conducted a detailed flood study and successfully secured the project’s floodplain development permit.
