HEB Lake Austin

This project consists of a new Flagship HEB Grocery store located at the corner of Lake Austin Blvd and Exposition Blvd in Austin, Texas. The four-story building totaling approximately 350,000 square feet includes two below-grade parking levels, a mix of parking and retail/support spaces at the ground level, and the grocery store on the second floor.  Features include various outdoor plaza and patio spaces, pharmacy and curbside operations, and a loading dock area on the ground floor, and feature skylight elements above the grocery level.
