Located in the heart of East Austin’s entertainment district, Inn Cahoots is a boutique hotel featuring 8,000+ square feet of customizable event space, an outdoor courtyard and swimming pool, and a rooftop deck with skyline views.
Dunaway provided structural engineering on the project which includes two stories of traditional platform framed timber supported on a concrete podium slab, in addition to the stair and elevator cores which are detached from the main structure and are constructed from load-bearing concrete masonry.
