Dunaway provided structural engineering services on Leland South Congress. Designed by Kirksey with interiors developed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, this unique community consists of a new seven-story, 300-unit condominium development with two levels of below-grade parking and two levels of above-grade parking for a total of 500 spaces, offering curated and contemporary high-end living, conveniently located in the heart of the South Congress entertainment district in Austin.
