Park Village

Dunaway’s planning + landscape architecture team redesigned Park Village, a highly visible retail corner in Southlake, Texas. Situated across the street from Southlake Town Center, this 185,000 square foot retail development is critical in defining the design character of the downtown zone.

Renovations for Park Village include plaza enhancements, a shade structure, and the addition of a lighted gathering lawn, as well as art and fountain modifications to support the active nightlife of the district.
