Raymond Community Park

Dunaway is collaborating with the Town of Prosper to develop a new signature park on the east side of Prosper. The vision for Raymond Community Park is to create a harmonious blend of passive and active recreation that caters to all age groups in the community. Key features of the park will include a new 4-plex for baseball and softball, multi-use fields, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, pavilions, an amphitheater, and trails along the picturesque creek corridor.

Park visitors will be able to enjoy seasonal civic gatherings, various sporting events, and daily recreational activities for families. The park is named in honor of Dudley Raymond, a landscape architect with whom Dunaway staff members have had the pleasure of working on numerous significant park projects over the years.
