Round Mountain Reserve is a master-planned, privately gated wildlife and conservation-based community in Blanco County, Texas. It features large residential trac (6 to 12.5 acres), open spaces with natural and man-made water features, and a wildlife corridor and trail system. The 2,000-acre property offers diverse geological landforms, native plants, and stunning views of the Texas Hill Country and Horseshoe Bay. The project, planned over five phases, includes civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning, surveying, and environmental assessment services by Dunaway.

Dunaway is also developing a comprehensive stormwater management plan, including drainage analysis, design, and environmental services for assessment and permitting of jurisdictional waters. Water feature amenities will utilize natural waterways, supported by Dunaway’s hydrological and hydraulic engineering.
