Dunaway collaborated with CannonDesign and Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford to deliver civil engineering and landscape architecture services for Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. The $75 million project transformed the northeast corner of the Intellectual Commons with new infrastructure, including Spencer Hays Hall, a pedestrian plaza, and upgraded water service approved by the City of Fort Worth. Dunaway also addressed stormwater concerns by designing an overflow path to improve drainage during heavy rain events.
