601 South Main Mixed-Use

Dunaway partnered with Greenstar Development and BBP Architects on 601 South Main Street, located in Fort Worth, Texas. Dunaway provided surveying, planning + landscape architecture, and civil and structural engineering services for the 22,000 square foot mixed-use building.

The project includes first-floor retail and second-floor office space. Dunaway worked to complete the streetscapes for Hattie Street and Main street, as well as a public water line extension along Annie Street.
