Living Spaces Frisco

Home furnishing retailer, Living Spaces, expanded its presence in Texas with the opening of a new 15-acre site in Frisco. Dunaway partnered with Studio8 Architects to provide landscape architecture and structural engineering design for the project. The site includes a store and show room, a series of outdoor rooms and gathering spaces, and a surface parking lot with bioswale. Dunaway worked with the Client, design team, and city staff to create a space that follows the Living Spaces brand and budget, while also incorporating site specific amenities like public art, sustainable principles, and native plantings.
