Dunaway has been actively engaged in numerous projects across the City of Irving to conduct utility investigations and delineate existing utility configurations in preparation for civil design initiatives. Recent services include the subsurface utility services completed at the intersection of Las Colinas Blvd and Brazos Dr. Before Dunaway’s involvement, the Levy Development, which was under construction, faced significant challenges due to unforeseen conflicts with subsisting underground electric utilities and extensive telecom infrastructure along the northern right-of-way (ROW).

With a swift mobilization within a week of receiving the Notice To Proceed, Dunaway executed a comprehensive utility investigation, including twelve Quality Level-A (QL-A) test holes, alongside an extensive Quality Level-B (QL-B) Utility Mapping. This diligent effort provided the city with critical information, enabling the contractor to continue operations without the costly need to demobilize from the project site.
