Having been in the civil engineering industry since 2018, David Palacios, PE, SIT has assisted and designed several projects focusing on roadway, transportation, and water/wastewater design for multiple municipalities in North Texas, TxDOT, DFW International Airport, and local water districts. With a Master of Engineering, Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, David’s experience and expertise results in design work that exceeds project and client expectations.
