Dunaway is pleased to announce the acquisition of PRD Land Development Services, LLC, an established and innovative civil engineering firm in Houston, Texas. The acquisition will strengthen Dunaway’s civil engineering services and expand its footprint in Houston and the Gulf Coast region. 

Growth in the Gulf Coast

Chief Operating Officer and Principal of Dunaway, Ross Eubanks, PE, SE, will lead the transition. Eubanks previously served as Regional Executive for Central Texas, responsible for the growth and business operations of Dunaway’s Austin and San Antonio offices, before spearheading the opening of Dunaway’s Houston office in 2023. He is excited to continue to expand the firm’s presence in the Houston area.

Through the acquisition of PRD, Dunaway continues to execute its vision to be the leading independent multi-discipline design firm in Texas, bolstering its civil engineering capabilities through PRD’s extensive experience providing land use and support, site development design, storm water management, public works, permitting, and construction administration services to a variety of clients in the public and private sectors.
