Dakota Partain, PE serves as a Senior Discipline Lead in our Dallas office with nearly a decade of experience in design and management for schematic and PS&E projects involving multiple stakeholders, both federally and locally. As a PE, Dakota’s expertise includes Complete Streets projects, On & Off System Bridge Replacements, and H&H modeling. Dakota is also certified in Local Government Project Procedures (LGPP), ensuring the federally funded municipal projects he manages always meet the state and federal requirements, criteria, and procedures for project development.
