I enjoy doing fun activities with my family, adventure racing (navigator), backpacking and hiking, traveling, and art.

My favorite place is Texas. Followed by Forsand, Norway, and then Knoxville, Tennessee.
Do you have a favorite holiday?
Thanksgiving because you get to cook all day, eat, and spend time with the family.
What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
Best gift was the gift of learning. My mother was an educator. She would make me read and
write reports during my summers off. My grandfather would teach me how to troubleshoot
everything and resolve problems through trial-and-error method. He didn't finish high
school but was probably the smartest man I know. My father would teach me basic skills
growing up. I live by my grandfather's motto: Be a jack of all trades and a master of none.
What was your first job?
I worked as a survey field crew assistant at my father's surveying company during the summer of my junior high and high school years.
