Lee Martinez Elementary School

Dunaway is providing comprehensive civil engineering services for the development of the new Lee Martinez Elementary School in Hutto ISD, featuring a unique attached daycare center for district staff. The civil team is responsible for site design, including paving, drive aisles, parking lots, grading, stormwater management systems, and water and wastewater utility infrastructure. Additionally, Dunaway is coordinating electrical and gas services with franchise companies and navigating the permitting process with local authorities, including obtaining a special use permit for the daycare and a site development permit. Currently, Dunaway continues to support the project during construction by conducting site observations, reviewing shop drawings, and responding to RFIs.
