The Colony Park Health and Wellness Center is a long-awaited investment in Northeast Austin, bringing essential healthcare services directly into a historically underserved community. Located within the broader Colony Park Sustainable Community, the 32,000-square-foot facility delivers on years of community advocacy by making care more accessible – reducing the need for residents to travel across the city and creating a central place for both healthcare and connection.
Designed as more than a clinic, the center will offer primary care, dental and lab services, pharmacy access, and wellness programs in a setting that supports both health and community life. Dunaway provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services, helping navigate complex site conditions and deliver the infrastructure needed to support long-term community growth and access to care.
