Odessa College

Dunaway has partnered with Odessa College on a variety of campus improvement projects that support the institution’s growth and long-term vision for the Odessa community. Our landscape architecture team has contributed to projects across campus, including Wilkerson Hall, Williamson Hall, the Spur Building, Globeway Improvements, Main Campus Signage, Globe Theater Plaza, and University Boulevard Improvements. These projects expanded and unified the campus landscape through thoughtfully selected plant materials that create an attractive, cohesive environment while minimizing water use and maintenance needs.

Dunaway also provided landscape architecture services for the Odessa College Sewell Auto Tech Center, a former car dealership donated by the Sewell Family and transformed into a modern automotive training facility. Inspired by the building’s racing theme, our team designed site paving, pedestrian connections, parking areas, and complementary landscape features that enhance both functionality and campus character.
