Dunaway provided civil engineering services on the Austin Community College’s Rio Grande Campus. Our team partnered with Studio8 Architects, Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, and Architexas to restore the 100-year-old main campus building which has been awarded the 2021 Rehabilitation Award by Preservation Austin and Project of the Year at the 2022 ATX Green Awards.
