Q+A
Why did you choose this career?
Growing up my dad owned a construction company and I went to many job sites with him. I wanted to follow in his footsteps and went to college for Architecture. Durning my freshman year I learned about landscape architecture and felt my love for nature and the outdoors was more fitting for the type of design I wanted to pursue.
What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
Most of my spare time is spent with my family, friends, and my dogs. My hobbies include, concerts with my nephew, restoring my 1977 Ford 150, home and yard projects, traveling, skiing, golf, fishing, camping,, and skeet shooting.
What makes you laugh the most?
My dogs and their shenanigans!
Do you have a favorite holiday?
Christmas, it’s a time where family is all together with the most time to enjoy each other’s company and build on family traditions. My family also likes to go skiing over the break.
What Core Value resonates with you the most?
Integrity is the core value I identify with most because it serves as the foundation for every other value. It means being honest, treating others with respect, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I strive to be someone whose words and actions are consistent, who follows through on commitments, and who can be trusted to make ethical decisions. To me, integrity isn’t just about what you do, It’s about who you are.
