Harnessing over three decades of engineering expertise, Leong Lim now serves as a Client Development Manager in Dunaway’s Fort Worth office. His experience spans diverse roles with the City of Fort Worth, City of Dallas Public Works Department, and Dallas Park and Recreation Department, equipping him with a deep understanding of municipal needs and challenges. Leong is passionate about building long-term, collaborative client relationships, leveraging his technical knowledge and industry insights to create win-win solutions.

What Core Value resonates with you the most?
I conduct my business in a professional manner, treating customers and peers with honesty and respect. I am a strong believer in integrity, doing the right things with or without being observed. With many years of progressive experience as a design engineer, project manager, division manager, and departmental executive, I have developed the problem-solving and leadership skills needed for a successful career.
What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
I enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally to see new places and meet people from all walks of life. I also enjoy learning about nature and science.
What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
From Family: An aquarium that I received 35 years ago and still have!
