Mauro Santos’ professional journey in Civil Engineering began at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. Since then, he has not only earned his degree but also secured licensure as a professional engineer. Over the past decade, Mauro has undertaken various roles within the Land Development sector, focusing on commercial and industrial development across the DFW Area. Currently, Mauro plays a significant role in the design and management of projects, steering them from inception to construction. His expertise ensures a smooth transition of projects through each phase, showcasing a combination of technical knowledge and leadership.

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
I teach Sunday school at my church for kids ages 6-18. I also run a basketball/flag football ministry where I invite people to play sports and minister to them.
What was your first job?
I bagged groceries in a grocery store.
