Ray Abrego is a Civil Technician in Dunaway’s Houston office. After beginning his career in survey, Ray transitioned to civil design where he now specialized in residential and commercial site projects. Ray is excited to grow his career at Dunaway and expand his technical design experience.

Integrity is the guide that helps me make decisions in line with my personal values and sense of social responsibility. It is through ethical principles that we build trust and respect in our personal and professional relationships.
Where is your favorite place in the world?
My house. My wife and I bought a little piece of property that is so peaceful. I love waking up and looking out my back door to see deer just a few feet from our house!
Do you have a favorite holiday?
Christmas is my favorite holiday because I love when my grand babies come over to open their gifts. The pure joy and happiness on their faces is truly a blessing to me and my wife.
What was your first job?
I worked for my father's air conditioning company running A/C duct in attics all summer.
What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
I love vacationing with my beautiful wife. I also like to spend time with my grandkids, golf, and watch the Astros!
