Dunaway partnered with McFarland Architecture to provide structural engineering services on 45 Crossing, a class A tilt-wall industrial complex located in Round Rock, Texas. The project consists of a new warehouse building totaling 177,000 square-feet with flexible suite sizes and an abundance of natural light. The structure of the building is made up of perimeter concrete tilt-walls with steel infill framing. The site also includes both street-level and dock-high loading areas.
