Located within the Plum Creek PUD and City of Kyle, the Fat Quarter Shop is a proposed 200,000 square foot warehouse equipped with a loading dock, associated utilities, drive aisles, on-site parking, site grading and landscape enhancements. The 18.9-acre site is part of a regional detention facility and the Plum Creek Phase II Section Subdivision. Dunaway provided civil and structural engineering, as well as landscape architecture for the project in collaboration with Corgan and Hill & Wilkinson. Our team is currently processing the construction plans through the City of Kyle to obtain a site development permit.
