Dunaway is supporting TxDOT’s relocation of FM 1053 in Imperial, Texas, where roadway instability caused by abandoned oil wells and subsurface settlement has created ongoing maintenance and safety challenges. As part of this critical infrastructure project, Dunaway is providing right-of-way services, including appraisal, acquisition, condemnation support, relocation assistance, and property disposition to help advance the roadway realignment.
