Dunaway provided structural services on this 97,941 square foot three-story, tilt wall, Class A office building located in the heart of Round Rock, Texas. The property is part of La Frontera, a 328-acre master-planned community. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt relocated its entire Austin workforce to this new location and a large portion of the building has been built out to suit their needs. The offices include multiple conference rooms with the latest technology, three lunchrooms, a large library, and various workspace configurations. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor courtyard with workspace and plenty of parking.
