Humble ISD aimed to replace the aging North Belt Elementary School with a new, modern facility on a new tract. The new 94,000 square-foot facility, situated on a 27-acre tract, features an exercise track and an expansive queuing lane to efficiently manage pick-up and drop-off traffic. Our team’s scope also includes designing several playgrounds and recreational features. Additionally, substantial roadway improvements and utility extensions were incorporated into the design to accommodate the new school.
