South Building Renovation

Dunaway provided structural engineering for the full renovation of the 62,000-square-foot South Building at Parker University, which sustained significant damage during severe storms. The building was stripped down to its structural frame, requiring a comprehensive structural reassessment.

Dunaway conducted a detailed analysis of the existing structure, identifying and reinforcing or removing damaged components. The team then designed a new structural system to support the updated architectural vision, ensuring both safety and alignment with the project’s design goals.
