Located in Austin, Texas, the Pathways at Chalmers Court is an affordable housing project featuring five buildings and two surface parking lots. Owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, the 4.03-acre site is currently developed with 15 buildings (low-density multi-family and support services) and two small surface parking lots.
Dunaway designed the water, wastewater, storm drain systems, in addition to preparing traffic control plans. Our team also facilitated the permitting process through the City of Austin.
