Dunaway provided civil engineering, permitting, and infrastructure design services for the multi-phase redevelopment of Pathways at Chalmers Court, transforming a historic East Austin public housing community into a modern residential and community-serving campus. Services included site development permitting, utility and drainage design, grading, water quality and detention facilities, traffic control planning, and construction support. Working closely with HACA, Nelsen Partners, and the project team, Dunaway coordinated infrastructure improvements and regulatory approvals across multiple redevelopment phases to support the successful buildout of the master-planned community.
