Summit Center

With a four-acre destination park at its heart, the Summit Center mixed-use development is set to be a top-of-the-line amenity, office, retail, and dining complex in Midland, Texas. Providing the community with a new place to gather and enjoy good food, fun, and fellowship. Dunaway’s designers worked alongside Rhotenberry Wellen Architects and Cosee Home to master plan and develop a seven-building facility and headquarters for Summit Petroleum. With parking at the perimeter, the buildings all face a central green space with multiple unique gathering spaces. A central snack shack and restroom facility will provide a place for respite as visitors explore a natural play space, high point overlook, event lawn, and rustic firepit grove. Summit Center is currently in construction and scheduled to open in Spring/Summer 2024.
