Whitesboro Comprehensive Plan

The Whitesboro Comprehensive Plan is a community‑driven guide for managing growth and development while preserving the city’s small‑town character and quality of life. The plan was shaped through an extensive public engagement process that included well‑attended community workshops and public meetings, an accessible podcast series that explained key planning topics and tradeoffs, and an online survey that allowed residents to provide input at their convenience.

Together, these engagement tools provided broad participation across age groups and interests, giving residents multiple ways to understand the issues facing Whitesboro and to influence the plan’s vision, goals, and policy recommendations for land use, transportation, infrastructure, and community character.
