XSpace

XSpace is a new take on self-storage. The 90,000 square-foot, 3-story facility houses multi-use commercial condos to be used for storage of personal belongings, vehicles, boats, wine, and more. Each unit can add an interior mezzanine to be used for additional storage or other flex space. Tenants of the buildings have access to a 4th-level lounge space with views overlooking Lake Travis. The structure is a tilt-wall building with composite floors. An internal ramp allows vehicles access to each of the 3 levels. Built onto the side of a hill, it required a full-floor retaining wall to provide stability on the hillside.
