Lee High School is being constructed alongside Midland High School as part of Midland ISD’s largest-ever investment in educational facilities. Designed with an identical floor plan to its counterpart, Lee High School will also encompass between 660,000 and 680,000 square feet, supporting up to 4,200 students. The campus will feature state-of-the-art learning environments, robust extracurricular spaces, and athletic amenities, all engineered for safety, efficiency, and future growth. Dunaway’s scope includes mass grading, utility coordination, and structural design using a mix of steel, concrete, masonry, and glulam construction. With groundbreaking set for summer 2025 and opening planned for August 2028, Lee High School will help ensure equitable, modern educational opportunities for Midland’s rapidly growing student population.
