Q+A
Why did you choose this career?
I’m drawn to construction services because it blends problem-solving, collaboration, and tangible results. I enjoy navigating challenges and developing solutions that protect timelines, uphold quality, and ultimately serve our clients well. Watching a project evolve from design to final build is incredibly fulfilling, especially knowing the work directly impacts both the client’s vision and the community.
What Core Value resonates with you the most?
Attitude of Service resonates most with me because I prioritize delivering exceptional support to our clients through responsiveness, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving. I believe serving our clients well begins with strong collaboration and reliability within our team. By supporting one another and working cohesively, we’re able to provide the highest level of service and build lasting trust.
What's the best piece of advice you have ever recieved?
The best advice I’ve ever received was, “It’s never a waste of time to talk to people.” A late friend of mine lived that out daily, often taking time to connect with others wherever we were. At first, I didn’t understand it — I was always in a rush. But I eventually realized those small conversations can make a meaningful difference. That perspective has stayed with me. Whether in my professional life or personal life, I try to slow down, listen, and genuinely connect. You never know when a few minutes of conversation might positively impact someone’s day.
What makes you laugh the most?
My children make me laugh the most. They enjoy being goofy, have the biggest smiles and the most unpredictable sense of humor. You truly never know what they’re going to say next. Watching them make others laugh and seeing their reactions is priceless. They remind me to not take myself too seriously.
